Great App Experience - Decent Service Execution

Solid user interface, option selection, and cart. Very easy to use and decent options. Sometime an item doesnt arrive but they do give you heads up they werent able to procure. Lastly the use too many bags but I understand why. Would be great to see a bag reuse incentive program or option. Maybe knocking $1 off the order or something.
